Nostalgia In The Skies Trailer Looks Good For DS
Its not often that a Nintendo DS game is praised for its graphics or visual style (with the exception of Scribblenauts). However, Ignition Entertainment released a new trailer for the upcoming Nostalgia and I must admit that it looks pretty good to be a DS game.
While graphics dont mean everything in a game, sometimes they do affect how gamers perceive the experience and immersion factor. With Nostalgia the game looks like it comes from the PSOne era, but its presented in a really dynamic way, especially with the ship-to-ship air battles.
The entire game is basically about exploration and flight combat, but not like typical flight simulators and not like typical RPGs. Its a hybrid RPG that gives players plenty of customization options for the flying airship as they travel the globe, battling foes and advancing the story. It looks like a pretty good RPG from whats on display in the new trailer.
